Graduates of the Urology Specialization program at Universidad de Las Américas are highly qualified professionals with strong academic and humanistic values. Graduates contribute up-to-date knowledge to programs focused on the prevention, promotion, treatment, and recovery of urological health in both public and private healthcare settings, at national and international levels.
Furthermore, graduates provide comprehensive care to patients with acute or chronic urological conditions across all levels of care and clinical complexity. Graduates select and interpret appropriate diagnostic methods according to the specific urological pathology. Graduates apply clinical and surgical treatments based on the stage of the disease and collaborate effectively within inter- and multidisciplinary teams to address urological health problems. In addition, graduates conduct research to advance scientific knowledge within the specialty, in compliance with current legal regulations. Graduates consistently demonstrate ethical conduct and assertive communication in interactions with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
Ultimately, graduates are expected to lead multidisciplinary teams in both national and international contexts, acting with ethics, creativity, proactiveness, innovation, and responsibility, while upholding the current legal framework.

Student Completion - provides information about graduation rates and graduation rates disaggregated by gender calculated through the 2021–2022 academic year, based on cohorts of new, first-time students, regardless of enrollment in the program's daytime or evening instructional delivery (if applicable).
All programs utilize the Brightspace platform to collect and assess student work and to compile data and evidence of student achievement. The resulting outcomes and their analysis, which focus on identifying areas for improvement, are presented in the program’s assessment report.
