Graduates of the Master’s Program in Business Administration at Universidad de Las Américas are highly competent professionals, capable of leading organizations with critical thinking and a strong entrepreneurial and innovative spirit. Graduates apply business knowledge and strategic approaches creatively and effectively to benefit society. Similarly, graduates possess a comprehensive understanding of organizational dynamics and are distinguished by a global vision in their approach to management.
Furthermore, graduates formulate and apply appropriate strategies to solve business challenges in complex environments from an international perspective. Graduates also develop leadership and managerial skills related to communication, negotiation, crisis management, and the coordination of multidisciplinary and diverse teams. Likewise, graduates make business decisions grounded in data analysis, business ethics, and social and environmental responsibility. Graduates design innovative business ideas with a focus on entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship.
Ultimately, graduates are expected to act ethically and responsibly, demonstrate honesty, and maintain an intercultural perspective in professional practice. Graduates lead with integrity and a strong sense of social commitment when addressing complex organizational problems. In decision-making and strategic planning proposals, graduates apply the knowledge, skills, and competencies acquired throughout the program within a framework of solidarity, inclusivity, and sustainability. Finally, graduates are committed to lifelong learning and remain at the forefront of the business world.
Demographic Data - provides information about student enrollment disaggregated by gender and ethnicity, offering insight into the demographic diversity within the program.
Student Completion - provides information about graduation rates and graduation rates disaggregated by gender calculated through the 2021–2022 academic year, based on cohorts of new, first-time students, regardless of enrollment in the program's daytime or evening instructional delivery (if applicable).
All programs utilize the Brightspace platform to collect and assess student work and to compile data and evidence of student achievement. The resulting outcomes and their analysis, which focus on identifying areas for improvement, are presented in the program’s assessment report.
